Tommy Layzell
Owner|Carpenter
Originally from the U.K and now based in Canada, Tommy has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of Carpentry. Starting his journey in a Joinery workshop as a window, door and stair maker he then moved into creating custom furniture, kitchens and a wide range of millwork items. Later spending 3 years in Australia he was able to learn alternative ways to build, and add these to his skill set. He later spent his first 3 years in Canada living in North Vancouver where he worked exclusively on high end homes in the Sea to Sky corridor from North Vancouver to Whistler.
Tommy has just spent the last year self building a home for his family just outside of Nelson BC, his love for mountain biking and skiing brought him to the area and allowed him realize his dream of custom building his own home from design to finish.
